1. Enrollment Requirements

Age

Sessions are available to adults aged 18 and older.

Medical Clearance

Written clearance from a physician or licensed healthcare provider is required before beginning sessions if you have a recent injury, have undergone surgery, or carry a medically diagnosed condition. This requirement exists to ensure sessions are appropriate to your current physical status.

Commitment to Practice

Pilates is a cumulative practice. Progress develops through consistent attendance over time, not through individual sessions in isolation.

2. Safety & Medical Policy

Sessions are designed as structured movement education. I am not a licensed healthcare provider and do not diagnose, treat, or rehabilitate medical conditions.

The following apply to all clients:

• Physician or physical therapist clearance is required for any recent injury or ongoing medical concern.
• You are responsible for ensuring your participation aligns with any existing medical guidance.
• If discomfort, dizziness, or unusual symptoms occur during a session, the session will be paused immediately.

3. Outcomes & Results

Sessions support improved strength, coordination, posture, and movement awareness. No specific aesthetic, performance, or weight-related outcomes are guaranteed.

Progress varies between individuals and depends on consistency, lifestyle factors, and individual physiology.

4. Payment

The first 20-session package is paid in full before sessions begin. Sessions are not booked on a pay-per-lesson basis.

From the second package onward, the package may be paid in two equal instalments: the first before the first session of the package, and the second before the eleventh session. Where an instalment due is unpaid, sessions pause until it is settled. The option to pay in two instalments is available to all continuing clients on the same terms.

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may be revised periodically. Current rates are published on the studio website.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled with clarity and consistency.

Eligibility

Refunds apply only to unused paid sessions remaining within an active lesson package.

Deadline

Requests must be submitted before the package expiry date. Requests made after expiry will not be considered.

Complimentary Sessions

The standard 20-session package includes 2 complimentary sessions, awarded upon completion of the 20 paid sessions. The complimentary sessions are not refundable and must be used within the original package validity period.

Administrative Fee

A 2% administrative fee is deducted from the final refund amount.

Calculation

The refund amount is based on the value of unused paid sessions, minus the 2% administrative fee.

6. Non-Transferability

All sessions and packages are strictly non-transferable. They may only be used by the original purchaser and cannot be shared, gifted, or reassigned.

7. Session Validity

The 20-session package carries a validity period within which all sessions, including the two complimentary sessions, must be scheduled and completed. The standard validity is three months from the date of purchase, suited to a schedule of three or more sessions per week. For clients training less frequently, a longer validity is agreed at the time of enrolment so the package can be completed comfortably. Sessions not used within the agreed validity period are forfeited.

8. Attendance & Scheduling

The studio does not operate a rolling cancellation window. Clients are provided a structured validity period within which to schedule and complete their sessions. Responsibility for scheduling rests with the client.

Studio Cancellations

In the event a session must be rescheduled by the studio, an alternative time will be offered at the earliest available opportunity.

Arrival & Parking

Please plan your arrival in advance. Dedicated parking is not available at the studio. Arriving on time ensures the full session duration can be used.

9. Professional Conduct

A respectful and focused environment is essential to the work. The studio reserves the right to terminate a package and refund the value of unused paid sessions, or to decline future enrollment, in cases of inappropriate or unprofessional conduct.
